The Neighbourhood Watch Network are hosting a drop-in to inform about the digital voice switchover that will be happening over the next couple of years. This event is intended for residents that have a BT landline and will give essential knowledge on why this is happening, what will happen and how.
The telecoms industry has set a deadline that’s backed by the UK government for the old copper network to be switched off at the end of 2027. Therefore, this will have an impact for everyone that has a telephone line, so if you are not a BT customer and wish to learn more, please do come along too.
